OUR PROCESS

A Thoughtful, End-to-End Design Experience

1. Initial Measurement and Planning
   We begin with a complimentary on-site measurement for renovations or a detailed review of architectural plans for new construction. Decades of experience allow us to anticipate challenges early and establish a solid foundation for your project at no cost to you. This will include a meeting to go over ideas and plans. 

2. Custom Kitchen Design
   To bring your vision to life, we move to the design phase with a $1,000 design retainer. Using advanced professional software, we create detailed floor plans and 3D renderings with careful attention to layout, proportion, and flow. This retainer includes the initial design presentation and two rounds of refinements, ensuring every detail is perfect. > Note: Additional revisions or meetings beyond this scope are available at a $75 design fee.

3. Moving to Production
   Once the final design is approved, your deposit is paid, and are ready to proceed, your $1,000 retainer is fully credited toward your final cabinet invoice.
   Please note: If a design does not move to production, the retainer is non-refundable

   Your cabinetry is manufactured by Glenwood Kitchens, a trusted Canadian brand recognized for exceptional craftsmanship, durable construction, and refined finishes. Cabinets are built to your specifications with a focus on quality and longevity.

5. Expert Installation
   We work exclusively with our own trusted installation team to ensure a flawless result. Our installers understand our designs and standards, delivering a clean, precise installation with exceptional attention to detail.
